Yo, so.. I’m sitting here completing the installation of Wordpress and I still have to install comicpress! I am about to watch Diary of the Dead with my Meg. I am looking foward to it, as it is George Romero work.

adding UI to my game.

This is an old advertisment for my new bike!!
There is also even a site for it!!
I still need to find out the exact year of the bike though…
I will try to post pictures when I can, and possibly a restoration report.

I made an attempt to get the advertising in place for this site. I went to Project Wonderful, and applied to have advertisements on my site. I got a response back, and they said “-needs more content”…. All well, I thought that I could possibly get things into place, and move on from there. Scott Kurtz was right, when he stated in his book, that you need to have content, to even think of advertising….

I also applied at Google’s Adsense, which is pending review.

I installed Google Analytics to the site. There is so much information to sort through, but I think this would be the best way to start getting things in place for advertising.

I have received notice from google about my adsense account. I have been approved! Although, I’m not sure how they make the cut, but nonetheless, I AM APPROVED! I just have to accept the contract, which I need to read thoroughly…

I think the best approach now for my web-comic effort is to post updates on my personal development of this site. I’m hoping that maybe it will be entertaining, and possibly educational

I tried to modify the design of this website, but it seems that if you clear out the stylesheet, the program I use to edit the site, doesn’t recognize the stylesheet anymore. I will need to upload the stylesheet when I get home. *sigh*.

I think the problem is that the comic press engine specifically looks for some selectors in the stylesheet. I try to just modify the actual attributes, and not remove the selectors.

I’ve added adsense!! I don’t think I will ever make any money from it!! Well, atleast not anytime soon… I need content!

I’ve been writing down ideas for comics for some time now, I just need to discipline myself on a schedule.

I researched a bit more about my KZ-400. I took a look at the bike for the frame serial numbers and the engine serial numbers.

Frame Serial Number: K4-534934

Engine Serial Number: K4E111241

I then tried to look it up on the website I mentioned before. It seems that is it closest to the 1977 KZ400-D4

Frame Serial Number: K4-527592~

Engine Serial Number: K4E096450~

OK, now that I have found the model now what?

When I checked the motorcycle out last weekend, we tried to first see if all of the electrial of the bike was working. How we did this was to simply remove the battery that was in there, and to then connect it with a battery we knew worked. It didn’t work…

The kill switch on the bike is broken off, so there is a good possibility in which, that is the reason.

I now need to find a kill switch part to the bike. I am still not completely sure if the bike wouldn’t even power-up if the kill switch was off…
